Drenthe – De provincie Drenthe is van plan om nog voor de zomer van dit jaar te starten met een isolatieprogramma om isolatie in Drenthe toegankelijker te maken.
Volgens de provincie dreigen Drentse huishoudens met een laag inkomen financieel in de knel te raken door de hoge gasprijs. Veel van hen wonen in slecht geïsoleerde woningen en kunnen de oplopende energierekening straks mogelijk niet meer betalen. Daarom werkt de provincie aan een Drents isolatieprogramma om verduurzaming in de provincie te versnellen.
Drents Isolatieprogramma
Via het Drents Isolatieprogramma worden alle woningeigenaren in Drenthe begeleidt bij de isolatie van hun huis; van het eerste isolatie-advies tot en met het moment dat alle isolatiemaatregelen zijn uitgevoerd. Ook komt er 1 miljoen euro subsidie vrij voor huishoudens met een inkomen tot 130% van het sociaal minimum. Met dit bedrag kunnen in totaal 400 woningen worden geïsoleerd.
Spouwmuur- en vloerisolatie
Ieder huishouden kan maximaal 2.500 euro aanvragen voor spouwmuurisolatie of vloerisolatie in Drenthe. Dit bedrag wordt gratis toegekend en hoeft niet te worden terugbetaald of te worden voorgeschoten. Dankzij de isolatie subsidie uit het Drents Isolatieprogramma kunnen Drentse minima hun huis dus kosteloos laten isoleren. Zo wordt isolatie voor iedereen in Drenthe bereikbaar.
Samenwerking met gemeente
Het Drents Isolatieprogramma wordt ondergebracht bij het Samenwerkingsverband Noord-Nederland (SNN) en wordt een extra regeling naast de bestaande landelijke subsidies. In de uitvoering van het programma zoekt de provincie Drenthe nadrukkelijk de samenwerking met gemeenten. De provincie heeft de intentie om alle gemeenten met het isolatieprogramma te faciliteren.
